To get to FPS counter, simply in upper-menu steam, go to settings, open the in-game tab and select in-game steam FPS counter.

- Open the Steam Application
- Go into the settings in the Steam options
- In the left menu, open the In-game tab
- Search for In-game FPS counter Stream and set the position on the screen
- Mark high contrast color, in order to see the FPS indicator

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Console Commands
If you use a developer console to play CS: GO, you can view the FPS through cl_showfps 1 command. This command will display an FPS indicator. You can use numbers from 2 to 5 to see different information associated with it.
If you want to remove the indicator, simply enter the command cl_showfps and it will be removed.
Simply bind the two commands i.e. cl_showfps 1 and cl_showfps 0 to buttons. In order to add them, include the following code into your autoexec.cfg file:
- bind + “net_graph 1”
- bind – “net_graph 0”
